Lahore Qalandars faced a terrible defeat against Peshawar Zalmi in the 7th Match of PSL 2019

PSL 2019 is in its full swing and from the beginning till Feb 16, 2019 cricket fans have watch amazing and exciting cricket matches but the Sunday night was a terrible night mere for the Lahore Qalandars team. After winning a sizzler against Karachi King it felt that the Lahore Qalandars are on a mission and this team the team will not disappoint the fans. But Sunday night proved to be quite disappointing for Lahore Qalandars fans as the entire team got bowled out by Peshawar Zalmi on just 78 runs. This was the 2nd lowest total by any team in the history of Pakistan Super League. Let’s have a look at the lowest totals by a team in HBL PSL.

This was the 7th match of the PSL 2019. The match was played between Lahore Qalandars vs Peshawar Zalmi. Dubai International Cricket Stadium was the venue for the match. Everyone expected that after defeating Karachi Kings by 22 runs, Lahore Qalandars have got enough confidence that they will put up a good show against Peshawar Zalmi but this proved to be wrong. The entire team couldn’t survive the blistering bowling attack of Peshawar Zalmi and bowled out for just 78 runs.

Zalmi bowlers showed a brutal display of cricket and showed no mercy to the Qalandars. The pick of the Zalmi bowling attack was fast bowler Hassan Ali who ticket 4 wickets leaving Qalandars in no man’s land. Hassan Ali was not just enough for the Qalandars as the young Ibtisam Shiekh and experience Wahab Riaz joined the party to wrap up Lahore Qalandars on 78 runs in 15.1 overs.
